All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, or refuse any Order.
Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Promotional offers (e.g., free shipping on orders over PKR 2,000) apply only during the advertised time frame and subject to change without notice.
6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Receipt of your Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; we may cancel your Order for any reason (e.g., stock unavailability, pricing errors).
If we cancel your Order after payment, we will refund you in full via your original payment method.
7. Payment
We accept major credit/debit cards and approved digital wallets.
Payment is processed at the time you place your Order.
In the event of payment failure, your Order will be canceled automatically.
8. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over PKR 2,000.
Standard delivery times vary by location but typically range from 3–7 business days within Pakistan.
Any delivery dates provided are estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.
9. Returns & Refunds
Eligibility: You may return unworn, unwashed Products in their original condition within 7 days of delivery.
Process: Contact us at support@jacketalley.com to initiate a return. You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
Shipping: Unless due to our error, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund: Once we receive and inspect the Product, we will issue a refund (minus any original shipping fee) within 5 business days to your original payment method.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on jacketalley.com—text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is owned or licensed by Jacket Alley and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
11. User Conduct
